Steps:
1. Click the "Choose Files" button to select multiple files on your computer or click the "URL" button to choose an online file from URL, Google Drive or Dropbox. The audio format can be WAV, WMA, MP3, OGG, AAC, AU, FLAC, M4A, MKA, AIFF, OPUS or RA. Audio file size can be up to 200M.
2. Set percent of audio bitrate. Valid range is 1 to 100, higher numbers indicating higher bitrate and bigger output file size. For example: if the bitrate of input audio is 420 kb, then the bitrate of output audio will be 252 (420 * 60%) kb if the value is set to 60. Decreasing bitrate won't work on lossless audio formats such as WAVE, FLAC or AIFF. We use an alternative compression algorithm for these formats.
3. Click the "Submit" button to start processing. The output files will be listed in the "Output Results" section. Click icon to show file QR code or save file to cloud storage services such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
About:
An audio file format is a file format for storing digital audio data on a computer system. The bit layout of the audio data is called the audio coding format and can be uncompressed, or compressed to reduce the file size, often using lossy compression. The data can be a raw bitstream in an audio coding format, but it is usually embedded in a container format or an audio data format with defined storage layer.
You can use this online audio compressor program to compress MP3 file, compress WAV file, compress OGG file, compress AAC file, compress M4A file, etc.
